They open as favorites for not only Game 1, but the entire series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NBA Finals series odds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Suns<\/em> -170<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Bucks<\/em> +150<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those are narrow odds and are likely to change as we learn more about Giannis Antetokounmpo&#8217;s status.
